My style of teaching is inclusive, fun, and I make sure you have a great experience! I always offer modifications! I started practicing yoga on my doctor’s recommendation! I have injuries myself so I understand having a yoga practice with limitations! 


Our method

I also teach the RAD method of self massage, The RAD method helps with muscle soreness, recovery and it gets your nervous system out of fight or flight and into rest and digest!
